Job Highlights –

  • Require Graduate with 1- 2 years’ experience in Real Estate. Should have excellent communication convincing skills. Generating leads through referrals, cold calling. Updating the data through the CRM system. Achieving the targets set for the team.
  • Responsible for generating sales by calling customers and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
  • Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers – Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
  • Auditing the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
  • Collecting customer feedback and keeping up to date with new products launches.

Requirement –
